Founder's note
For years, I tracked my training in fragments: spreadsheets, notes, numbers, rough plans, and good intentions. Enough to feel like I was keeping record, but not enough to clearly understand whether I was actually improving, staying consistent, or just repeating the same patterns.
Every fitness app I tried felt like the wrong trade-off. Some were digital notebooks that stored workouts but did not explain what the numbers meant. Others went too far, acting like rigid AI coaches that wanted too much control while charging premium subscription prices.
I wanted something different: useful intelligence for today's session, based on my goals, equipment, recovery, history, and actual effort, without taking the choice away from me.
My background is in finance and process improvement. My job is to look at data, find inefficiencies, and build systems that work. So I started building the tool I wished existed: a system that could support strength training, conditioning, bodyweight work, mobility, and everyday fitness without forcing everyone into the same plan.
That became RTI.
Intelligence when you need it. Flexibility when you want it. Progress you can actually understand.
The work is still yours. RTI just helps you see what to do next.
The coaching loop
RTI looks at what you have done, what feels ready, what equipment you have, and what kind of session makes sense next. The aim is simple: less guesswork before training and better context after it.
Turns your recent training, capacity, momentum, and equipment into a practical workout with clear targets before you start.
Uses logged work to estimate muscle recovery and shape what should be pushed or eased.
Keeps weight, reps, effort, and completion quick enough to use while you are training.
Turns sessions into trends, best marks, volume, and verified training history so every workout lands somewhere meaningful.
Three ways to train
RTI prepares the session. You turn up, follow the targets, adjust only what you need, and tap Log Set.
Use RTI 12-week programs or pick a specific workout while still counting toward score and progression.
The true free logger. Add exercises, record work, and keep your history without score pressure.
Access levels
The app is structured so you can begin with basic logging and structured sessions, then unlock more planning, readiness depth, trusted scoring, and comparison features as you need them.

Inside the app
RTI brings the next session, muscle readiness, set logging, progress trends, and achievements together so each workout has a clear purpose.
How it works
Capacity, momentum, coach insight, and exercise preview sit together so the day starts with direction.
RTI estimates muscle fatigue from training work, then lets that fatigue decay over time.
Weight, reps, effort, and coaching review stay close to the log button so the workout stays moving.
RTI can adapt around bodyweight, mats, dumbbells, barbells, plates, and available load jumps.
Weekly coaching
The coaching system is built around the actual week: planned training days, recovery days, session length, equipment fit, skipped sessions, and what should happen next when real life gets in the way.
Builds the week from your setup and moves it forward as sessions are completed, skipped, or adjusted.
Shapes the session around the training time you actually have, instead of assuming every day is wide open.
When the planned work does not fit today's setup, RTI can point you toward reduced sessions, matched plans, or one-off alternatives.
Recovery days, skip flows, and deload logic are part of the plan, not afterthoughts bolted on after training.
Scores & verification
A workout can be saved locally first, then checked later. That lets the app stay fast during training while still protecting scores and achievements.
The session is recorded quickly so training does not depend on a server round trip.
RTI can limit a score when the session does not have enough complete or trusted work to score higher.
Server verification can confirm trusted scores, achievements, and community comparison eligibility.
Top lifts, estimated maxes, and volume records help progress feel concrete.
Progress record
Achievements give lifters a cleaner way to see what is improving, where volume is building, and which lifts are setting new standards.
Health integrations
RTI can use connected health signals to improve readiness and day-to-day training decisions.
Support inside the app
Feedback, bug reports, verification issues, ratings, and support requests are built into the product so the system can improve with real use, not guesswork.
Quick in-app ratings help track whether RTI feels useful, clear, and trustworthy.
Users can send structured feedback on the workout engine, score logic, UI, account data, and overall flow.
Crash reports, wrong data, score problems, and broken flows can be described with useful context instead of vague app-store complaints.
The website, launch list, and support email connect to the same RTI support flow so questions do not disappear into a dead inbox.

Yes. Connected health support is designed to help with readiness and training decisions, and RTI can also support workout write-back to the health app.
A score may be limited if the session does not include enough complete, useful, or trusted work. RTI is trying to reward quality training, not just any logged numbers.
Yes. RTI can adapt around what you have available, including bodyweight, mats, dumbbells, barbells, plates, and different load jumps.
Yes. RTI is being built with exercise demos, coaching cues, safety notes, and richer guidance so the app can help with movement quality, not just set storage.
No. RTI is a training and logging app. It can guide sessions, but it does not diagnose injury, treat pain, or replace advice from a qualified professional.
